'I'm fully all in with Bayern' - Kane reduces on Premier League comeback
Kane achieves his 100th goal for Bayern Munich
Harry Kane has declared that his desire in going back to the Premier League has lessened and he is prepared to discuss a new agreement with Bayern Munich.
The prolific striker is at the moment midway through the four-year deal he agreed to when transferring to from Tottenham Hotspur for 86.4 million pounds in the summer of 2023.
The experienced forward has scored an outstanding 103 goals in 106 matches for the German side, contributing them win the 2024-25 Bundesliga crown - which marked the maiden significant trophy of his distinguished career.
Tottenham coach Thomas Frank has previously mentioned that he would like to see Kane return to England, where he requires 48 goals to surpass Alan Shearer's all-time Premier League scoring record of 260.
However, the England leader has now indicated that he is no longer as eager about returning home as he previously was, and would certainly consider extending his tenure in Bavaria.
"In terms of extending longer, I could absolutely see that," he remarked.
"I spoke openly a couple of weeks ago that I have not had those discussions with Bayern yet, but if they were to arise I would be prepared to talk and have an straightforward conversation.
"Obviously it relies on how the next year or so goes and what we achieve together. Right now, I would say we are in a superb moment and I am not considering about anything else.
"In terms of the Premier League, I don't know. If you had questioned me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back.
"Now I have been there a couple of years I would perhaps say that has diminished a little bit, but I wouldn't say I would never go back.
"What I have realized in my career is that different chances and different periods happen and things work out. Going back to my first point with Bayern right now I am completely all in with Bayern."
Historic Achievements and Future Ambitions
Kane is the historic top scorer for both Tottenham and England and recently became the fastest player this century to achieve 100 goals for a club playing in one of Europe's top five divisions, attaining the milestone in just 104 games for Bayern.
However, a honor had avoided him until he secured the German title last season.
Kane states that he was not sure how he would feel after overcoming his trophy barren spell, but now feels it has made him motivated for more success.
"When you win a title like I did last year, maybe it could be natural to go the other way and be like, 'OK I've done what I wanted to achieve'," he added.
"But it's given me more motivation to do more and be better. I think I've proven that this year.
"I was intrigued in how I would feel after winning a trophy. Obviously there's still a lot more I want to accomplish in terms of other trophies and bigger trophies for sure.
"But I think it was always just, in my head, what I was going to feel like after I did achieve winning my first one.
"But for sure, I challenged myself the other way in terms of being even better, maintaining even cleaner, doing more gym. Just trying to get the most out of what I've got right now."
