More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this new photograph drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
